Adella worked with me throughout the entire process. I had a couple changes, even last minute, and the customer service was always accommodating. The final product was great! Of note, it was an enamel pin. Some of the pins had minor flaws, however, 5% additional pins were provided--which brought my total number of pins without flaws to my original order amount. I would absolutely order through GS-JJ again!
